Our Head Chef, Crystal Green is born and bred on the Northern Rivers. She has built a career working in pubs and restaurants throughout the region. Crystal has selected as much local produce as possible in creating the menu. This is an endeavour to reduce miles travelled for product and showcase our commitment to keeping it local.
